With a background in project management, curriculum design, and SEO, I can help maintain overlapping systems for better outreach and scaling of your business.
I have a M.A. in English: Writing and Rhetoric, which basically means I can take SEO and writing expertise and incorporate it naturally into your website, long form content (blogs, podcasts, video scripts, etc.), and short form content (social media captions). I am adept at client email correspondence, system maintenance, creating thumbnails or full digital documents, and coordinating with your other contractors.

Just the Basics
$425/month
This package is for when you need the essentials of system management for one particular system: captioning and posting social media content for maintenance or updating SEO on blogs and websites each month, or organizing simple processes consistently.
We don’t worry about too much overlap with this package as you just need the basics of how one particular system is streamlined.
You’ll also always have:
- regular email check-ins
- your customized choice of personalized tasks that fit within that one system
- a monthly breakdown of work completed with a brief action plan for the next month (data tracking included as necessary)
I Need A Manager
$795/month
This package focuses on overlapping systems (2-3) that need streamlining. You want your processes to run smoothly and those systems need a little more than the basic package provides.
For example, you may be looking at how your long form content blogs/podcasts move into your social media captions or how your onboarding system moves from outreach strategies to actual contracts and then delivery of products/services.
These overlapping systems mean that we are looking at cohesive movement and takes more time/expertise to complete.
You’ll also receive:
- access to regular email check-ins
- personalized task list/system choice
- monthly breakdowns with data (where needed)
- action plan for the following month
- Plus 1 monthly 30-minute Zoom call for planning and brand updates!

In this package, you want to stop thinking about your systems and how they work. You just want your admin systems to run and overlap, and then only be updated with what you need to know. You want to trust that higher levels of project management, contractor coordination, digital communications, marketing, and more are getting done, and done well.
Here, we would focus on those higher levels of project management, align your goals and make sure that the systems work for you.Â
Note: This is not a full-time position and does have a 20-hour/month cap on work. We will be focused on specific systems and tasks that are more complex in nature, not all systems that run a business. Â
